The pool area features uninterrupted views of the serene lake and woodland, home to a wide variety of birds and wildlife. With over 3,300 square feet of space, this two-story home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom villa is one of the largest in Watersong, providing ample room for families or groups of friends to relax and enjoy their stay. Expertly decorated with a blend of comfort and style, the villa is meticulously maintained to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment for guests. Pool and Outdoor Space The south-facing pool deck, screened for cleanliness and protection from insects, offers sunbathing options with four loungers, while the covered lanai provides shaded seating for ten. The 30x15 ft pool and spa, maintained weekly, are ideal for swimming and relaxation all year round. Safety fencing separates the pool from the lanai, ensuring children are safe. A convenient half-bathroom is located just off the pool deck for easy access after a swim. Enjoy alfresco dining on the patio, take an evening dip with underwater lighting, or unwind in the spa as you watch the sun set over the lake and woods. Pool heating is available for cooler months, and pool towels are provided. Interior Features After a fun-filled day, retreat to this light-filled home with high ceilings and modern, elegant decor. The entire villa is air-conditioned and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free Wi-Fi and Roku-enabled TVs allow you to stream your favorite shows from your own accounts. There are five spacious bedrooms: two master suites with king-size beds, one queen suite, and two twin rooms with a shared bathroom. The layout comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Main Living Area Upon entering, you'll find an open-plan space that includes the fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook, and the family room. The kitchen, with granite countertops, a modern oven, microwave, and a large American-style fridge, provides everything you need to prepare meals. Small appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster, blender, and more are also available, along with ample dishware. For casual dining, there's a breakfast bar and a nook with seating for four, or you can step outside to the lanai for outdoor dining. Additional Features A well-equipped laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies is conveniently located on the ground floor, as well as a half-bathroom near the pool deck. The garage has been converted into a fun games room with a pool table, air hockey, and table football, ensuring endless entertainment. Second Floor Upstairs, a second lounge area with a large corner sofa and a 48” flat-screen TV offers additional space to unwind. The second master suite also features a king-size bed, a 40" flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The queen suite includes a queen-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite with a tub/shower combo. Two twin bedrooms, each with a 40” TV, share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Parking and Additional Amenities Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway, with additional parking near the resort’s clubhouse, a short walk away. We provide a highchair and pack 'n play upon request—please let us know before your arrival if needed. Towels, linens, and 24-hour on-call management are included in your stay.
