This huge two storey air-conditioned home sleeps 10 (5 bedrooms), 3 of the bedrooms have en suites including the private upstairs room that is on a floor of its own and a Jack and Jill bathroom downstairs. Guests benefit from flat screenTV’s in every bedroom as well as the living room (which is fully stocked with DVD’s) , bed linens, towels in all bathrooms and pool/beach towels. A fully equipped kitchen with newly stocked pans, bowls and utensils in cupboards, a gigantic stainless steel fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, and a large dining room for those evenings when you want to show off your culinary skills. BBQ rental is also available for when you want to eat beside the VERY private pool (which has been newly resurfaced), there is plenty of deck space which overlooks a stunning conservation view perfect for wildlife watchers and early risers, where Deers, Boars and Racoons and other Florida wildlife have been spotted. Private two car parking is available as well as free Wi-Fi and another lounging room, plenty of room for one family or even two. Please note: This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as long term cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, 2 trash bags and one in each trash can, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 laundry pods and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
